Import SCEP 2012 Default Policies

In this blog post I am going to show you how to import the default Endpoint protection policies via the ConfMgr console or skip to the end for the powershell script to import them all at once.

Open assets and Compliance –> Endpoint protection –> antimalware Policies –> click Import

select the default policy you would like to import

Or the Powershell script

$sitecode = “<sitecode>:”

$installdrive = “D:”

if(test-path ($installdrive + “Program Files (x86)Microsoft Configuration ManagerAdminConsolebin”))
{ Import-Module ($installdrive + “Program Files (x86)Microsoft Configuration ManagerAdminConsolebinConfigurationManager.psd1”) }
else {
IF(test-path ($installdrive + “Program FilesMicrosoft Configuration ManagerAdminConsolebin” ) )
{Import-Module ($installdrive + “Program FilesMicrosoft Configuration ManagerAdminConsolebinConfigurationManager.psd1”)}}
Set-Location $sitecode

$EPTemplates = $installdrive + “Program Files (x86)Microsoft Configuration ManagerAdminConsoleXmlStorageEPTemplates”
$Files = Get-ChildItem $EPTemplates
foreach ($file in $Files)
Import-CMAntimalwarePolicy -ImportFilePath $file.FullName
